Credit Cards
Paying for your order by credit card is now one of the smartest decisions you'll ever make. You can avoid rising COD charges, and you won't have to wait around with a check for UPS. We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If the package has already been paid for, UPS may leave it for you, (check with your driver). FEDEX requires a signature on all packages, so let us know if you may not be there to accept your shipment.

Freight Policy
Orders are shipped Freight on Board (F.O.B) from our warehouse in Pompano Beach, FL. There may be a slight crating charge on certain items. We normally ship via UPS or FEDEX. If orders are shipped common carrier, we will estimate freight charges before shipping, or use any preferred carrier per request.

Minimum Order
No order is too small, but orders below $100 will have an additional $10 added to cover minimum processing costs. Adding to an order that has already been processed may delay the order being shipped until the next day. We’re fast, so please try to combine your orders ahead of time.

Returns
All merchandise to be returned must have a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#), and must be freight prepaid. COD’s will not be accepted. Merchandise which is ordered wrong may be returned for credit only. Any return after 30 days is subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge, and no returns will be accepted after 90 days. Non-Stocked or Custom merchandise cannot be returned under any circumstance.

General Terms of Sale
Absolutely no orders will be shipped to any account with a ledger balance over 60 days. 1½% per month will be added to all open balances over 45 days.

Bad Checks
NSF’s and Stop Payments will affect your credit standing with us. Your account will be converted to COD CASH and a $25 service charge will be added to your bill. Your future orders must be paid via Certified Check, Money Order or Credit Card.

Refused Delivery or Undeliverable Packages
Except when there is apparent damage, if the carrier returns a package to us that could not be delivered, and you would like it reshipped, there will be a $10 reshipment charge.

Short Shipments & Damages
We must be notified within 48 hours of any discrepancy with an order. If a package is received damaged, call us and we will issue an RGA #. We will assist you with whatever action needs to be taken. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. All packing materials and the carton MUST be saved for the carrier to inspect or they will not pay the claim.
